What is your payment policy?
Creativescrapboutique.com accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Residents of North Carolina must pay state sales tax of 6.75%. We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for price changes.
What is your shipping policy?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering. If there is a significant ordering delay, you will be contacted via email. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday or Tuesday.
We will ship almost anywhere in the world. Foreign customers are responsible for paying any and all duty, taxes, or customs fees on orders shipped out of the United States if applicable. All foreign orders are required by law to have a complete customs form attached to the shipping package declaring the value of the merchandise contents. An invoice must be included inside the order. NO exceptions please. Thanks for your understanding.
We do our best to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US. Lighter packages will go USPS first class mail. Larger and or heavier packages may be shipped via UPS ground or FedEx ground service if the shipping cost savings over USPS is significant. If you have a shipping preference, please let us know.
Please note: All 12x12 papers will be sent via Priority Mail. It is the only way to ensure that papers reach you safely. If you have any questions on shipping costs, please don't hesitate to contact me.
What is your return policy?
There are no returns unless you have received a damaged product. Please contact me at info@creativedesignboutique.com if your order arrives damaged.
Fee for cancelled orders:
A 10% fee will be charged for cancelled orders. This is because we have to pay a credit card fee when funds are returned.

Is your site secure?
Yes! When you place an order, all of your information is transferred over a private and encrypted connection to our servers. We do not store any of your credit card information in our secure databases as we use it only to perform a secure transaction with our credit card processor.
